What is WalkFit™?
It is a low impact walking exercise class that is performed to music!
If you are returning from injury or new to exercise. This is the class for you! No mat work or getting down on the floor. A low impact, fun, Walking workout! A great way to move your body, feel fabulous & get some steps in!
It’s all about motivation, movement & most of all making exercise & Walking Fun!

BACK TO BASICS BODY CONDITIONING
A strength and conditioning Workout using cardio segments, dumbbells & body weight exercises for a total body workout!
This class is great for those who are thinking of returning to fitness, want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels.
As well as going back to basics, & in all my classes we will focus on fun & feel good Fitness!

This class will teach you specific movements using the kettlebell (a specially designed weight) ranging from fast to slow grind movements. Giving you a total body workout that builds power, strength & stamina.
